The 64 bungalows of our resort 'Laguna Beach' have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an underground garage space.

The ground floor bungalows have a 35m2 front private terrace and a 38m2 rear terrace, with the possibility of finishing in grass or pavement. The top floor bungalows have a terrace and solarium with wide views.

The complex has excellent common areas with a large garden-style pool with palm trees, a chillout area and a children's area.

- SITUATION

The Natural Park of the Lagunas de La Mata and Torrevieja, which is located next to the residential, is a protected natural area of 3,700 hectares whose environmental values have been recognized worldwide since 1972 with the RAMSAR Agreement. Ideal for sports, walking with children and pets.

Torrevieja is undoubtedly one of the best places to live, with a large number, diversity and quality of shops in which to lose yourself, and on the best health care since we have the international hospital where you will be treated in your language and the Quirón Clinic, internationally recognized. In addition, it has an important offer of shopping centers such as La Zenia Boulevard, water parks and unequaled nightlife areas, such as the pubs immersed in the marinas of the port basin.

If we talk about beaches, we highlight the one of the Shipwrecked, which has a great length and breadth, without forgetting Campoamor, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Punta Prima, Aguamarina, etc ... all with blue flag. For lovers of snorkeling it is a very attractive area, with spectacular posidonia ecosystems. They have all the necessary services and are accessible.
